Penetration Testing

Scoped, authorized penetration testing for small businesses. We test your network, web apps, and Microsoft 365 the way an attacker would, then show you how to fix what we find.

Find the gaps before a criminal does

A penetration test is a controlled, authorized attempt to break in, so you learn where you’re exposed before someone else does. Every engagement starts with a signed scope: which systems we test, when, and what is off limits. It ends with a plain-language report of what we found, how serious it is, and exactly how to fix it.

What we test

External network. Your internet-facing systems: firewall, VPN and remote access, email, and anything else the outside world can reach, tested the way an attacker on the internet would test them.

Internal network. What happens if one laptop or one employee account is compromised. We start from inside your office network and see how far an attacker could get.

Web applications. Your website, customer portal, or web app, tested for flaws that could expose data or let someone in.

Microsoft 365 and cloud configuration review. A review of your Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS settings for the gaps attackers look for first: weak sign-in rules, overshared files, and unprotected admin accounts.

How an engagement works

Authorization and scope, in writing. Nothing is tested until the owner of the systems signs off. We agree in writing on which systems are in scope, the testing window, what is off limits, and who to call if something needs attention during the test. We only test systems you own or have the right to authorize.

A report you can act on. A plain-language summary for owners and decision-makers, plus technical detail for whoever does the fixing. Every finding gets a severity rating and specific steps to fix it.

Confidential from start to finish. Findings and any data we handle stay confidential, are shared only with the contacts you name, and are deleted on a schedule agreed up front.

You don’t need to be a managed client

Penetration testing is available to any business, including one that already has an IT provider. An independent test is a straightforward way to see how your setup holds up. The report is yours, and what you do with it is your call.

What it costs

Penetration testing is project work: a fixed quote for a defined scope, so you know the number before testing starts.
